When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship between 1 - 3 business days.
You'll receive an email notification when your package has shipped. (Exceptions being if we are waiting on more stock, if you’ve ordered multiple items and one is a pre-order or not in stock)
When will I receive my order?
Usually, delivery time is between 7-14 days for US shipments and 14-20 days for international shipments, based on processing time and availability of recipient’s address.
In case you didn’t receive your order within the specified period, please contact us and we will check the reason of the delay and do everything we can so you can enjoy in your Meow ‘n’ Style items as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs for my product?
Shipping costs may vary from product to product based on their weight, dimensions, etc.
Please refer to each product individually on their Product Page.
Where are products shipped from?
Meow ‘n’ Style partner with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and unique global shopping experience. This means that part of your order may ship from global areas such as Thailand, China, Singapore, Australia, etc.
However, our apparel collection is entirely produced in United States and our main warehouse is based in United States as well so most of our products will be quality checked, packaged and shipped together from our domestic warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship world wide.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. What now?
If you catch this error quickly, and if we haven't shipped your order yet, please contact us with your order number and the correct mailing address. We'll make the change on our end and ship to your new address.
If we've already shipped your order to the incorrect address you accidentally provided, we'll have to wait for the order to be returned to us and you'll need to pay for re-shipping the item to your new address. In either scenario, please email us with your order info and new address!
In what currency will I be charged?
All transactions in Meow ‘n’ Style store will be charged in USD.
I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?
If your order hasn't yet shipped, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can (before we ship the product).
How can I cancel my order?
You can do so at any time before your order is shipped out. Simply email us your order number and your cancel request at email@example.com . We'll promptly refund you in full.
If your order has already been shipped out, we can still refund your order, however we will need to wait for your parcel to return to us before we can process the refund.
How can I exchange or return if my item does not fit?
We strive to make the customer happy!
If it doesn’t fit or you would like to return it for a refund for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either exchange or refund your item within 60 days of your purchase date.
Refunds typically take 3 – 5 business days to reflect in your account once issued. We’ll do our best to expedite the process.
I haven’t received my order yet. Where is my order?
Tracking numbers are emailed out to you soon after the package ships.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder as it can sometimes get filed there.

I was send an incorrect item (design, style, color, size). How can I get the item I ordered?
We are very sorry you were sent the incorrect item! Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP.
Please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will take care of getting you the right item.
I did not receive my tracking number. How can I get mine?
Tracking numbers are emailed out to you when the package ships. You may receive more than one email and tracking number if your order is coming from more than one warehouses. Your receipt will show this info.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder as we have found that many times these emails have been sent out but are sitting in the junk mail folder.
